BREEDING
Crianza de 6 meses en barrica de roble francés y americano de tostado medio y 12 meses de reposo en botella en cuevas naturales, a una temperatura entre 16-18ºC.
TASTING
Intense cherry red color. On the nose we find aromas of ripe red fruits, black liquorice, cinnamon and toasted notes. On the palate it is long, spicy, with balanced acidity, soft tannins, and a persistent finish.
