CONCEPT
It is not a cava. Neither a champagne. We simply have no words to describe our best creation at 188 meters above sea level. On the slopes of the Sierra Nevada.
TASTING
Pale yellow color, with very fine bubbles. On the nose we find marked fruit aromas, notes of pastries and dried fruits. On the palate it is smooth, well-integrated bubbles, fresh, enveloping and expressive.
